Rooms and Rates

Sun 'n Sand Resort features three separate lodging buildings.  The Beach House is the original two story unit, built in the 1920's, renovated in the late 1950's, and totally refreshed and painted in 2011.  The Beach House has 16 guest rooms and is close to the south entrance of the site and adjacent to our pool, bathhouse,  and snackbar.  It has a covered deck which runs around the entire building on both floors.  The Lake House was also refreshed and painted in 2011 and all rooms were recarpeted for the 2012 season.  The Lake House is a one story building at the back of the site, with 9 guest rooms and decking around the entire unit.  The Cottage House, a one story u-shaped building is located adjacent to the north parking area.    Each of the 31 lodging units has a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, TV, hairdryer and air conditioner.  View a room layout of our resort

We require a 2 night stay on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING, EXTRA FEES WILL BE INCURRED IF THERE HAS BEEN SMOKING IN THE ROOM.

THE BEACH HOUSE is a two story building featuring 9 single rooms, 3 double rooms, and 4 suites.  All rooms feature original hardwood floors. 

THE LAKE HOUSE is a single story building featuring 1 single handicap accessible room and 7 single rooms with kitchenettes and 1 suite; four sets of rooms have connecting doors.  All rooms feature ceiling fans and newly carpeted floors. 

THE COTTAGE HOUSE is a single story building featuring 4 single rooms and 2 larger double rooms and is located adjacent to the north parking area.

All room rates are subject to 8% local and state taxes.

Beach House Single
A lovely room with one queen sized, duvet covered bed, air conditioning, television, private bath, refrigerator, coffemaker, and microwave. Each room has been freshly painted and features wicker and pine furnishings.

 Beach House Double Room
A lovely room with one queen sized, duvet covered bed, air conditioning, television, private bath, refrigerator, coffemaker, and microwave. Each room has been freshly painted and features wicker and pine furnishings. 

Room 109 has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.

 Beach House Suite
These rooms have two bedrooms each with private exterior entries and are joined by a common bath - a great option for a family of four or two couples.  Each room has a queen size, duvet covered bed, air conditioning and television.  There is one microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator for the suite.  Each room has been freshly painted and features wicker and pine furnishings. 

Room 106 has a queen room and full room w/ 2 bathrooms.

THE LAKE HOUSE ROOMS

Lake House Single

A smaller room with a queen size, duvet-covered bed, air conditioning, television, ceiling fan, coffeemaker, private handicap accessible bath with hairdryer.  Newly carpeted for our 2012 season and freshly painted with wicker and pine furnishings.   Handicap  Accessible. 
Sleeps 2.  (Connecting door to Room 305).

A kitchenette with a queen size, duvet-covered bed, air conditioning, television, ceiling fan, and private bath with hairdryer.  In-room microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and counter with kitchen sink and cabinet stocked with tableware for two.  A freshly painted room with wicker and/or pine furnishings newly carpeted in time for our 2012 season.
